The Bristol Multy Castelmar serves a breakfast buffet from 06:00 until 10:00. The restaurant provides à la carte service from 12:00 until 15:00 and from 19:00 until 23:00. The hotel also counts with a bar open between 15:00 and 23:00.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs BRL 20.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs BRL 12.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  BRL 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
