Baby cots and extra beds are only allowed in King Rooms. Reservations can be canceled until 6:00PM on the day before arrival (hotel time) Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
