All rooms feature classic, one-of-a-kind, handcrafted Italian furniture and luxurious décor including wood floors, fine fabrics and high lacunar ceilings (4 metres). In addition to the facilities listed for each room type, all rooms feature a 19-inch-screen LCD TV, an electronic safety box and a direct-dial telephone.

Hotel details

Please note reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00. The staff can be contacted by telephone 24-hour and will be at the premises in 10 minutes if needed. After booking you will receive an access code, granting access to the premises 24 hours a day. You don't need to inform the establishment of your expected arrival time. If you arrive before 12:00 you can store your luggage even if the room should not be ready. After checking out you can also store your luggage at reception until your actual departure time. The residence is located in a restricted-traffic area. Please contact the management if you intend to arrive by car, and you will receive all the details on the correct route.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 30.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
