Food & Beverages

As a guest here you will benefit from a 10% discount at restaurant Trattoria Gabriello located next door to the hotel.

Please, contact Signoria Apartments by phone or e-mail to confirm the time of check-in at least 24 hours before your arrival. For arrivals on Saturday or Sunday, please inform us at least 3 days in advance. Extra charges may apply for late check-in (later than 20:30). There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 50 to be paid at the hotel. For all stays of 4 days or longer, utilities are not included in room rates and must be paid separately.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 28.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
