Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 25 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 65 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
