Clients appreciate the hotel’s spa area can be used free of charge. The traditional, valued throughout, family-run the hotel is located directly in the centre of Filzmoos, very close to the ski lifts and cable cars of the Ski Amadé region. Bathrobes and bathing towels are provided free of charge in the rooms. It features a Finnish sauna, and above all, a herbal steam bath, a solarium, and much more. Gala dinners and buffet evenings take place regularly. Half-board includes a varied breakfast buffet with homemade products, valued throughout, afternoon snacks, and a 5-course dinner with a salad buffet. Clients appreciate the hotel regularly offers various activities such as guided hikes or skiing excursions. Facilities also include a lobby with a reading corner, and above all, a small library, and a heated storage room for winter and summer sports equipment. Parking is available free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 4 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
