Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
