Guests with half-board will be spoiled with a rich breakfast buffet in the mornings, and with a varied 4-course menu in the evenings. The restaurants offers meals à la carte daily from 6 pm. Closed on Sundays. You will receive a warm welcome at the hotel bar Gioia from 5 pm to 2 am. Closed on Sundays. Enjoy contemporary music and cool drinks at the only after-work bar in town.

Located on the legendary Matterhorn-Gotthard-Railway, the Glacier Express. 20 minutes from the alpine town of Brig.

Area information

The hotel is surrounded by a skiing and hiking paradise on the largest glacier of the Alps, the UNESCO world heritage site Aletsch. There are 8 golf courses in the vicinity of the hotel. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are nearby (about 2 km). Fiesch offers many sporting activities in summer as well as in winter (tennis and fitness centre, indoor pool, squash, badminton, climbing wall, inline skating and fun park, minigolf, table tennis, relaxation therapy).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  American breakfast costs CHF 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
