Area information

The idyllic surroundings have plenty to offer throughout the year. The Westweg hiking trail from Pforzheim to Basel lies at the hotel’s doorstep. Feldberg also features the nature adventure trail. Children will particularly enjoy learning more about the local wood grouse. The Feldberg winter sports centre offers 14 ski lifts and 16 ski slopes for all levels of expertise, from simple family-friendly slopes to the challenging FIS world cup slope. You can also look forward to extensive, clearly signposted cross-country runs.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 14.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 10 years are charged EUR 17.50 per night for extra beds.  All children from 11 to 14 years are charged EUR 24.50 per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
