Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
