With a stunning countryside backdrop, the hotel is ideal for your weddings and special occasions. The Bridge at Pierrepont specialises in weddings for up to 80 people banqueting style or 100 people buffet style. A wedding planner is available to ensure that your big day is a stress-free success. The hotel can also provide space for up to 100 delegates for business meetings.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is included in the price. Guests can choose a full cooked English breakfast or a lighter continental option. Breakfast is served from 07:30, Monday to Friday, and from 08:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. Packed breakfasts are also available as an alternative. The cafe serves award-winning coffee, beers, hot meals, cakes and fresh pastries. It is open from 08:30 to 18:00, 17:00 pm last order for Cafe. Lunch is 12pm-3pm Last orders for the kitchen are 30 minutes before closing. A copy of the menu is available at reception. Daily specials are also available, in addition to the menus. The wine list features a selection of fine wines and beers. Groups and private parties can be catered for on prior request. The cafe is available for the sale of alcohol from 10:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays from 12:00 to 17:00. Outside of these hours, guests are requested to take drinks in their rooms.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
