The hotel can cater for special occasions of up to 200 plus. 2 meeting rooms are also available; one with a capacity of 17 and the other for 35. The building was once the home of The Marquis of Lothian, who constructed a pathway leading down through the beautiful 2 acre garden to St Andrew's Parish Church (the largest Parish Church in Surrey). The present owners have plans to further landscape this area. The Marquis is also reputed to have formed the first ladies cricket team in Farnham. Up until 1919, the hotel was also used for the education of Anglican Clergy.

Choose from continental or full English breakfast each morning. A selection of hot snacks can be enjoyed throughout the day in the comfort of the hotel bar, garden, or in your room, along with a selection of wines, beers, and other drinks.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 7.50 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
