Just 50 metres from the Blue-Flag Gyllyngvase Beach, valued throughout, the hotel is located on Emslie Road, one of Falmouth’s best-kept secrets with beautiful Edwardian houses lining a quiet, peaceful road. The guest house has a great location, highly regarded, just a 10-minute walk from Swanpool Beach and Nature Reserve and only 5 to 7 minutes’ walk from Falmouth’s town centre and all of its many bars, shops and cafes. It has also been voted 'Best Guest House' by the Lonely Planet Guide. Vegetarians are also catered for. Customers appreciate the hotel is open all year round and a full English breakfast is included in the room rates. There is also a beautiful garden, and above all, in which you can relax with a glass of wine, whilst listening to the bands in the Princess Pavilions.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
