Rooms

All of our rooms are en suite, with either shower or bath, some rooms have both. All rooms have remote control colour televisions, clock radio, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Heating is controlled from the room. Rooms are serviced everyday. Most rooms enjoy splendid views over our award winning gardens and Falmouth Bay.

Food & Beverages

All of our home cooked food is produced using only the finest quality local produce. Our full Cornish breakfast platter is just one of the great choices available at breakfast, which is served from 08:00 (earlier on request). Dinner is available and is served at 19:00. Reservations are requested with your room booking. Again everything is homemade. A full wine list is available. Packed lunches are available on request. Pre or post dinner drinks are available either in the lounge or on the terrace overlooking Falmouth Bay.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.00 per person.  Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
