Area information

Faliraki is situated on the north-eastern coast of Rhodes. Known for having the largest beach on the island, it is also one of the largest organized beach resorts in Greece. The main beach stretches approximately 4 km and hosts a number of water sport activities. Faliraki has also been rewarded with the “blue flag” environmental award by the EU for their clean beaches. The town is also very famous for its night life. The Faliraki Bar Street offers a large diversity of bars and clubs to choose from. Spend your day relaxing on the beach and experience the city’s vibrant night life. Roseberry Studios is only about 10 km from the island’s airport. You are also very close to Rhodes town and Lindos. Rhodes town is about a 15 minute drive away and hosts a beautiful old town, which is part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. Lindos is about 30 minutes away and hosts a number of archeological wonders dating back to the ancient ages.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
