Failaka - All day dining restaurant, serving dishes from all over the world. Library Lounge - round-the-clock, serving a variety of light snacks, coffee and tea. Bay View - Rooftop pool snack restaurant overlooking the stunning sea front.

Payment Information: A cash payment or a credit card authorisation is required upon check in. Personal cheques and company cheques are accepted only upon approval of the financial controller of the hotel. Visa Information: Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.  Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast costs KWD 3.50 per person.  American breakfast costs KWD 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged KWD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
