The 1-bedroom houses measure approximately 33m² fitted in Mezzanine and can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and a sofa-bed. The 2-bedroom houses are larger than 50m² are feature a private Jacuzzi on a wooden terrace and an air conditioned living room. It has 2 bedrooms fitted with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa-bed in the living room. The 3-bedroom houses can accommodate 8 people and measure 81 m2. It has 2 bedrooms fitted with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. It also has a private jaccuzzi on the wooden terrace and air conditioning in the living room.

For all short-term stays, the rate of the house includes bed made before arrival, bathroom and bedroom linen, 1 dishcloth, TV, and end-of-stay cleaning service (excluding the kitchen area and dishes). For all stays of a minimum of 7 nights: - The rate of the house only includes the charges. - Bed made before arrival, bathroom and bedroom linen, dishcloth, TV, and end-of-stay cleaning service are available at an additional cost. - A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
