Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages costs EUR 39 per person per night.  Meals and selected beverages costs EUR 24 per night per child under 14 years.  Meals and selected beverages is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
