Boasting 2 Michelin stars, the Résidence restaurant is among Germany’s finest eateries. The skilled chef Henri Bach and his team have been conjuring up creative, first-rate cuisine for several years. The elegant dining areas invite you to enjoy the hues and ambience of a Cheval-Blanc in style. Reservations are strongly recommended in order to secure one of the restaurant’s 50 seats. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
