Hotel details

The hotel spa will be closed from July 5th 2009 to July 16th 2009.

Please note that only small pets under 5 kgs are accepted at the hotel (except in the following areas: spa institute, restaurants and by the pool). The extra fee is EUR15 per day for the pet's basket and food.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 3.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
