Bright and colourful all rooms are equipped with bathroom and tadelak zellige and bring you peace and relaxation. IMPORTANT ! Possibility of extra bed only on Savane Suite and Mali Suite.

Hotel details

You will appreciate all facilities in Riad Asmitou : Massages, cleaning skin ... a beautician attached to the guest house is at your disposal. On the first floor you will find 2 lounges, one to relax with a Dvd or a book, another dedicate to lunch or dinner in font of the fireplace and a nice patio where guests have rubbed around the traditional mint tea. The 1st floor offers 3 rooms arranged around the patio. On the 2nd floor, they are 3 other rooms with a sunny terrace for breakfast and relaxation and the last 2 rooms open as well on a sun and relax terrace.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 2.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
