Rooms

The apartment consists of one double, one twin room and a sofa bed for two persons in the living room. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Hotel details

A damage deposit of EUR 150 in cash per apartment is payable locally. This deposit will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 3.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
