The restaurant regularly hosts speciality weeks and has a well-assorted wine cellar. The famous Melk Abbey is located right on the other side of the Danube. Emmersdorf represents the western gate to the UNESCO-protected Wachau and is located right at the Danube Bike Path and the train line along the river. Activities like guided bicycle tours, valued throughout, Nordic walking, traditional Heurigen evenings with wine and schnapps tastings, day trips to Vienna and bicycle rental are available.
