The 4-star hotel the hotel offers a beautiful and quiet location with a picturesque mountain view on the southern outskirts of Salzburg. The restaurant and the cosy “Schwaitlstubn” are all about schnitzel and beer. Our house has 17 comfortable double rooms, and above all, which are also available for single use. Golden Autumn: special rates from October until the end of November!. We are happy to pamper you with our varied schnitzel delicacies and home-made strudel dishes.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy delicious Austrian food or a hearty snack with home-made farmers’ bread. With it, we recommend a glass of our Zwickl beer. We also offer a wide range of sweet dishes and a traditional “Kaiserschmarrn” (scrambled pancake). The restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 23:00. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our rich breakfast buffet is available between 07:00 and 10:00.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
