A bicycle and ski storage room is available. In winter, highly regarded, the free ski bus stops only 300 metres away, and the Ellmauer Kaiserbad leisure complex is only 1. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 11 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
