Area information

Ellmau is set in a picturesque valley at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain, where you can still experience what it means to breathe fresh air and drink clean water. Travel information

From Germany: motorway Munich - Rosenheim - Kufstein (toll-free until exit Kufstein Süd) - Ellmau. Access road west (coming from Kufstein): drive towards the church - turn left in front of the church - on towards the town centre - right into Kapellenweg. The hotel is the first house to the right. Coming from Vienna: motorway Salzburg - B178 - Lofer - St.Johann - Ellmau. Access road east (coming from St. Johann i.T ): Turn left at the Sparkassenplatz square in to Kapellenweg road. The hotel is the first house to the right. The hotel is located opposite the tourist information.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
