If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
