The reception is unmanned on Saturdays between 13.00 and 18.00 and on Sundays after 13.00. For check ins during these times please contact the reception to receive the door code to the outer door. The contact information will be on your booking confirmation.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged SEK 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged SEK 250.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
