Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 6 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
