Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10.05 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
