The hotel's restaurant, botaniCa, serves regional and local dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests will enjoy specialty dishes such as silver Alberta beef steaks as well as the delicious Sunday brunch. Guests will love the premium spirits and a la carte menu items offered at the Lux Lounge. Room service is available 24 hours.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
