Young Street Boutique Apartments is managed and serviced to a very high standard by The Edinburgh Address. You are met at your apartment by a member of the team who will show you around and hand you the keys. Staff are on call throughout your stay.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast packs and hampers of delicious Scottish produce can be delivered to your door (on request and at an additional cost). A personal shopping service is also available, so you can arrive to a stocked larder (on request and at an additional cost). Opposite the apartments is the famous Cambridge Bar, which serves delicious, high-quality burgers. Young Street Boutique Apartments has an arrangement with this bar so you can order at the bar and eat in your apartment

Linen and towels are included in the accommodation. Extra towels are provided for stays over 3 nights. For stays over 7 nights a change of linen is provided.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
