The Restaurant has views towards Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street and the West End, and us a great setting for fine dining. The walk-in glass wine cellar houses over 100 different wines. The luxury One Below lounge bar has been inspired by the lounge-clubbing style favoured in New York, Paris and Los Angeles. There are 12 individual, colourful vaulted booths.
