A secure 24 hr car park is available on New Street. On street metered parking is available on Royal Mile and on Calton Road. Free parking is available in a nearby residential district. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
