If you are due to check in after 17:00, you must tell Lochend Serviced Apartments what time you will be arriving. If you do not tell them, they will add an additional cost to your bill. When you approach the complex, please enter by taking a right after you see the sign for Bathleham Way. You will see the Lochend Serviced Apartments sign on the grass, pointing to reception (main door 147, then door 1).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
