The guest must produce photo ID and a valid working credit card that must match the guest name on this booking. Hotel check in is from 2pm and reception closes at 11pm. Please contact the hotel in advance if you will be arriving later than this. Any guests arriving early can check their bags and head out and enjoy the sights of Sydney until the rooms are ready.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged AUD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
