Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the first four nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs ZAR 45.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs ZAR 70.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
