By Car (from the Netherlands): - Take the A3/E40 motorway towards Aixe en Chapelle/Liège. - Take the exit for E42 Verviers towards Trèves then exit at Bitburg. - In Bitburg, take the B257 up to Echternach (heading towards Luxembourg). - Lauterborn will be 2 km before you reach Echternach. From Germany: - Head towards Trèves/Bitburg. - In Bitburg, take the B257 up to Echternach (heading towards Luxembourg). - Lauterborn will be 2 km before you reach Echternach. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
