Area information

Eastbourne is one of the sunniest places in the UK and is a thriving tourist destination. The town is surrounded by the countryside of the South Downs, with notable landmarks including Beachy Head, the picturesque village of Alfriston, and the cinque port of Pevensey. Eastbourne has excellent road and rail links to Brighton via the A27. Brighton is 25 miles (40 km) away. London is 78 miles (125 km) away. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 11 years are charged GBP 25.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
