Rooms

The apartment offers a combined living room and bedroom with 2 single beds which can be joined together to form a double bed, as well as 1 sleeping chair with a slatted base for 1 additional person. A children's bed can also be added on request. The separate kitchen features 2 hot plates, a microwave oven with baking and grill function, a toaster, and all necessary cutlery and cooking utensils. Bed linen, towels, and a hairdryer are provided free of charge.

Guests at the apartment are given comprehensive information on Düsseldorf, including its shopping facilities, public transport system and a map of the city.

Food & Beverages

Please note that this is a self-catering apartment. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found in immediate vicinity of the apartment. On request, your refrigerator can be stocked with food for breakfast for an additional fee.

Please note that check-in is only possible by prior arrangement and until 21:00. Please make sure to call the apartment in advance and indicate your estimated time of arrival. Failure to do so will result in long waits outside the apartment. Please note that full payment is due in cash on arrival. Credit cards are not accepted as a form of payment but the apartment owner reserves the right to verify credit cards. After the booking has been processed you will receive an email from the apartment owner with further important information.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 41 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
