The hotel is located in the heart of Düsseldorf. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, including a selection of gourmet restaurants. You can walk to the Rhine in just a few minutes and relax on the Rhine terrace. The Nordstraße underground station is 2 minutes away on foot. From here you can take the U78 and U79 underground lines to Hauptbahnhof (main railway station), which is just 3 km away. The U78 also takes you to the Messe (Düsseldorf exhibition centre). The Königsallee shopping boulevard and historic city centre are just a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. Düsseldorf Airport is just 5 km from the hotel, and can best be reached by taxi.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
