If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 16.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 32.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 70.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
