Travel information

You can easily reach the hostel by public transport. From the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof), catch the city rail (S-Bahn) line 1 for Dortmund Hauptbahnhof, or S-Bahn line 7 for Dortmund Flughafen Terminal S. Descend at Dortmund Wehrhahn and catch tram line 712 for Ratingen Mitte. Get off at Rather Broich. The total journey time is 17 minutes. From airport terminals A, B, and C, catch bus 760 for Ratingen Ost from platform 4 and descend at Unterrath Süd. Catch bus 730 for Südallee and descend at Rather Broich. The total journey time is 18 minutes. From the old quarter, catch tram line 712 for Ratingen Mitten and descend at Rather Broich. The total journey time is 17 minutes. The Rather Broich stop is just a 2 minute-walk from the hostel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
