Food & Beverages

The themed cafe bistro, which is also open to non-residents, serves coffee and cakes in a truly distinctive setting. The nautical theme is set off with some little French twists, whilst the Philippe Starck 'Ghost' chairs add a touch of the surreal. Classic cars and the gentle sounds of a clavinola are complemented by views of the river.

A credit card imprint will be required by the hotel at check-in as security for any extras taken during your stay Please note that this is a historic Georgian Grade II listed townhouse with over 4 floors. Unfortunately it has no lift access. A fully accessible disabled room, complete with wet room style bathroom, is available on the ground floor. Only guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
