By car: - Follow the N2 until the Umgeni Road turn-off. - Continue on Umgeni Road until you get to Goble Road. - Turn left onto Goble Road and cross over the bridge. - Turn left at the traffic lights (NMR Avenue) and carry on over Umgeni River Bridge. - Pass 3 sets of traffic lights. - Continue for about 200 metres after the third set of traffic lights. - Auberge Hollandaise is on the right-hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
