Travel information

By car: - Arriving at Durban Airport, follow the M4 in the direction of the city centre. - After a sharp turn onto Moore Road, follow the road uphill until you get to the junction with Cleaver Road (at the traffic lights). - Turn right onto Cleaver Road, you are now on the M8/Morningside. - Follow the road until it becomes Cowey Road. - Look out for the Springfield Road/M17 sign at the next junction. - Turn left and continue uphill. - Take the second road to your left - 12th Avenue.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  One child from 12 to 14 years is charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
