Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 7 years are welcome.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
