Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 12.5 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 5 years are welcome.  One child from 5 to 18 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 13 to 18 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
