Travel information

By car: - Coming from Durban, follow the N3 west in the direction of Pietermaritzburg. - Keep left and take the second turn-off (exit number 3). - Go past the Shell station and turn left onto South Ridge Road at the traffic lights. - Continue straight ahead at the next set of traffic lights and drive up the hill. - Turn left onto Loudoun Road. - Coming from Pietermaritzburg/N3, head in the direction of Durban city centre. - Follow the signs reading Berea exit 3/tollgate and get onto the left-hand lane. - Keep to the right until you reach the traffic lights. - Turn right and cross the tollgate bridge and up the hill (South Ridge Road). - Continue straight ahead at the next set of traffic lights. - Continue up the hill and turn left onto Loudoun Road.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 5 to 12 years is charged ZAR 860.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
