By car: - Arriving at Durban International Airport, take the Southern Freeway (Albert Lutuli Highway or M4) until you reach the Margaret Mncadi Avenue (Victoria Embankment) turn off. - Continue on Margaret Mncadi Avenue until you get to Stalwart Simelane Street (Stanger Street). - Turn left and continue until you get to the M17/Sindile Thusi (Argyle Road) turn off. - Turn left onto Sindile Thusi and continue straight ahead, passing 5 sets of traffic lights. - Turn left onto Avondale Road at the 6th set of traffic lights. - Quarters is on your immediate right.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
