By car: - Coming from Gauteng, Freestate and Northern KZN, follow the N3 South until you reach its end. - Follow the signs directing you to the city centre. - Turn right onto Dr Yusuf Dadoo Street at the traffic lights. - Continue on Dr Yusuf Dadoo Street until you see the harbour ahead of you. - Turn left onto Margaret Mncadi Avenue. - The hotel is on the left-hand side after the first set of traffic lights. - Coming from the airport, follow the M4 until the Margaret Mncadi/ ICC exit. - Continue along Margaret Mncadi Avenue. - The hotel is on your left-hand side, after the 4th set of traffic lights.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 10 years are charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
